LCBA Response Plan for Coronavirus

In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19, the Lorain Bar County Association offices will remain closed to the public until at least May 2021. Most of our services are available online.  You can also the office lcba@windstream.net with any questions or call 440-323-8416.

Impact on LCBA Events and Services:

Committees:

All LCBA committee meetings will be delivered via Zoom (no in-person meetings) until at least May 2021. We will communicate with members by email with instructions on how to access meetings via webinar.

CLE:
Lorain County Bar Association CLE programming will be presented via live CLE webinar on Zoom through at least May 2021. These live webinars can be viewed remotely and have been approved for live CLE credits.

As the situation evolves, we will augment our policies and share updates as we have them. In the meantime, we’re asking our community to be considerate and employ common sense health habits. Please review your local authorities' travel guidance and health advisories, in addition to the CDC advisories.

We're closely monitoring official guidance from local governmental and health authorities in order to serve you best, and we’ve increased sanitization of our facilities. While it is impossible for anyone to predict the spread of the coronavirus and fully understand its impact, it does not alter the LCBA's focus on continuing to serve our members and community. We have the people, technology, products, services, and tools to do just that!
