The Bar Association has developed relationships with a variety of vendors who are willing to offer our members discounts on products and services simply because they belong to the Lorain County Bar Association.

Eagle Creek Golf Club
Eagle Creek Golf Club’s outstanding championship course is rated 4-1/2 stars by Golf Digest and has four sets of tees on every hole, bent grass fairways and large undulating greens. The par 71 golf course plays to yardage ranging from 6603 to 4908. Water hazards come into play on eleven holes, providing a challenge for all skill levels. Eagle Creek is proud to offer LCBA members a discount of 10% off its green fees for the member and up to three guests any time Mondays thru Fridays and after 12:30 pm on weekends/holidays. LCBA Member Jim Deery has opened his coffee house and is offering all LCBA members a 10% discount on food and beverage purchases. Low Cost CLE Seminars
The Lorain County Bar Association is committed to providing its membership with low cost, informative, educational programs. We are constantly exploring unique and cutting-edge program ideas to bring to our membership. The LCBA also offers one or two free CLE’s a year for its members.
The Legal Times
The Legal Times is the quarterly newsletter published by the Lorain County Bar Association which includes articles on current issues in law, general interest, membership information, as well as LCBA news, activities and updates.
Committees and Sections
Bar members have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of Committees and Sections (at no cost). Participation on a committee or in a section promotes networking opportunities, professional development and growth, the opportunity to exchange information and the chance to make a difference in our profession.
Social Events
In order to cultivate camaraderie among its membership, the Bar Association holds social events set in a relaxing atmosphere. The annual golf outing and clambake has been very successful in bringing our membership together in a relaxing and fun setting. The Bar Association also holds an annual night with the Cleveland Indians, a night with the Cleveland Cavs and a welcome reception for the newly-admitted lawyers in Lorain County.
