Approximately one hour will be devoted to each topic. Within each hour, we will discuss the prerequisites needed to have a strong case, the theories of liability, the structure of the pleadings and litigation, settlement goals and objectives, and the general direction courts have headed with respect to these issues in the last few years.
Pre-registration is required for lunch. You may register at the door for the seminar only.
