This seminar will educate you about the newly certified Lorain County Recovery Court. The goal of this specialized docket court is to assist the addicted offender in an effort to obtain sobriety and to prepare the offender for the daily challenges that come even with sobriety.  The seminar will address Recovery Court offender eligibility, program requirements, phases to graduation and the role of the prosecutors and defense attorneys in Recovery Court.
