Donald Shroyer developed “Evidence Charts” app, which is a program that contains nearly 1,000 screens covering all aspects of the Ohio Rules of Evidence and it will guide you to the correct ruling on virtually any piece of evidence or testimony.  This seminar will allow you to use your iPad in exploring and arriving at important evidence rules.  It can be used to respond to objections in the courtroom and to help determine what is necessary in order to admit evidence.  The screen turns green if evidence is admissible and red if inadmissible.
