Please join Todd Book, Director of Policy and Government Affairs, for the Ohio State Bar Association for an hour CLE legislative presentation. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from your lobbyist about what is happening in state government.

Specifically, Todd will cover relevant enactments from the 131st General Assembly of the legislature -- HB3 business filing fees, HB6 Rape Statute of limitations, HB56 Ban the Box, HB64 State Operating budget, SB181 Fiduciary Duties for Corp officers and others.

Todd will also discuss the OSBA’s priority bills dealing with such topics as: Probate, Discovery Rules, and the Foreclosure process.
