In this session, participants will learn how the new tax law passed at the end of 2017 will impact domestic relations matters going forward.  We will focus on changes regarding the deductibility of alimony, significant personal income tax changes, significant business income tax changes, and the impact on the value of privately-held businesses.  After attending the course, participants will be better prepared to deal with the tax issues they encounter in their domestic relations cases.
