Amnesty Program for Driver’s License Suspensions by CSEA

During the month of September, 2016, the Lorain County Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA)is once again sponsoring an “Amsesty Program”.  CSEA will re-instate a defaulting child support obligor’s driver’s license upon the payment of one month’s worth of child support.  The obligor must also pay a $25.00 re-instatement fee to the BMV.  (If they go to a local office, it is $35.00).
